How soon I can get a price quote?
You can get a quick price quote within a few minutes if you are on live chat with one of our sales representatives and a standard price quote takes just 30-45 minutes and you will have an official price quote in your inbox.
What is the minimum quantity I can order?
To our old customers, there is no MOQ. 100 PCS, and 200 PCS… are acceptable. If you are a professional purchaser or specialize, we can do a very small quantity for you. 500 pcs or 1000 pcs. We hope there will
be a bigger one after that. Then there will not be MOQ for you.
Do you offer product mock before actual production?
We'll provide a sample after you pay the sample charge to us. The account is up to your samples, usually, it is USD 100-200 per style, but if there are many embroideries or printing, and it is complex, the sample fee will be higher.
Can i customize my packaging?
Yes, our products are packed with OPP bags or boxes and can be customized packaged as you request.
What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, Our production capacity is around 500,000pcs /month. In general, the production lead is about 25-35 days, but it
depends on order quantity, product complexity, and season of the order placed.
